Class times are 9:30am on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

 

Each class lasts 1 hour.

What is The Parent Fitness Project?

 

A training package for a group of Mums to enjoy some quality time away from the kids, focus on themselves, their health and fitness. 

 

Working towards achieveing some serious goals to ultimately feel great.

 

Three structured progressive Group Training sessions per week

 

All classes take place in term time only

 

Individual Nutrition Targets set

 

Assessment and Fitness Tests

 

Weekly weigh-in (optional)

 

Measurements done at end of each term (optional)

 

Progress Photos taken (optional)
