What is The Parent Fitness Project?
A training package for a group of Mums to enjoy some quality time away from the kids, focus on themselves, their health and fitness.
Working towards achieveing some serious goals to ultimately feel great.
Three structured progressive Group Training sessions per week
All classes take place in term time only

Assessment and Fitness Tests
