Free Health and Fitness Consultation for New Clients (up to 1 Hour)

One off session (1 Hour) - £100

Block of 10 Sessions (10 Hours) - £550

12 Week Transformation

This is an intense program across a 12 week period where clients will commit to either 8 or 12 sessions per month, with regularly monitored nutrition targets and constant fitness guidance.

8 Sessions a month package - £440 per month

12 Sessions a month package - £660 per month

Circuit class every Thursday at 7pm - 4 Classes for £40
